Digitalization has become an integral part of society and the economy. Many companies have already recognized the potential of digital technologies in manufacturing, product development and administration and are thus increasing their profitability and competitiveness for the future.
The first Zittau Plastics and Lightweight Construction Conference, a virtual conference and networking event organized by Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences and the Plastics Center Upper Lusatia at Fraunhofer IWU, offers a wide range of presentations on digitalization for SMEs in general and for the plastics and lightweight construction industry in particular. High-caliber speakers from science and industry will give you a vivid insight into innovative plant systems and methods as well as best practice examples from successful companies in the industry.
The first Zittau Plastics and Lightweight Construction Conference is being held as part of the EU project "DigiNetPolSax - Digitalization for the Common Economic Space" and is aimed in particular at companies, stakeholders, scientists and students from Saxony, Poland and the Czech Republic. In addition to exciting, simultaneously translated presentations, you can expect an accompanying digital exhibition, an international cooperation exchange and individually designed virtual rooms for discovery and networking between the participants.
